INTRODUCTION.

Currently in our country we have faced a very big problem of which the rate of the illiteracy people is increasing at a very little percentage and without the government to notice the changes of the curriculum in our country, but if this problem is not solved from its foundation the coming generation of this young society that we are creating it will become worse than the current one.

Statistically it shows more than 65% of Tanzanian students failed the 2012 form four examinations, the worst result in history, spurring the government to form a temporary inquiry commission.

Now what are the measures that the government had done to solve this problem? Despite of trying to help those students who fail to get another chance for education it as look forward without looking behind and come up with a policy of BIG RESULT NOW it is true that maybe they did try to reduce the rate of poor performance but will that create a better coming generation will the policy of Big result now create a competitive edge of our children on the coming future generation or its for political reason just to ensure most of the students perform, will the education they get help them to be the better them in future?.It has remained a puzzle in our heads.

By tracking that 65% of students who fail their exams in 2012, most of them they end up being beggars in the street, robbers, street vendor, thieves, etc. now the question comes was the education they did pursue form standard one (primary level) to form four secondary level) was it helpful or was it for the purpose of creating thieves and beggars. I don’t think if that was the main reason, the goal was to create them to be better people in future that will contribute to the economy of our country to grow, now how can we help these students who already fail and lost hope in education what’s the solution now. That’s why tater buck consultancy is here to reconcile and give another opportunity to those students and bring back the hope they have lost in education.

                                                

What are we?

Tater buck consultancy it’s an organization that deals on motivating and inspiring the student to work hard on achieving their goal, but we also provide a second chance for the students who fails their form four exams or form six exams by helping them finding the best universities and colleges within our country so as to promote their couriers because on our organization we believe that education it’s the key to success.

Current the organization is under the control of the undergraduate students from different institution within the country and the ideas on forming the organization is mainly to help those who have lost hope in education and apart from helping the students on finding the best universities, institutes, colleges we also made up a follow up on their continuous assessments from the institution to make sure that their performing well and some of the colleges that we recruit the students like IMED (institute of management and entrepreneurship management) we make sure that for the diplomas students they are provided with a chance of internship and they study on part time.

What is our goal?

Our main target is to ensure that every students get a better education and bringing hope to those who have already fail their exams because it has statistical shows when they fail their exams they remain in the street while we can help them to have couriers in various courses like entrepreneurship courses, VETA courses and many others now our goal is to help them achieve their couriers

How do we work?

 The organization sets up different training programmers’ from various region across Tanzania normally for one day training or two days training depends on the circumstances, the people interested they pay for an entrance fees which normally its not more than 10,000 but we make sure that every student that attend the training program will be advised and given priority courses to choose and ensure that he/she is able to get the chance at the college or institute when the organization fails its responsible to pay back the entrance fees to the student and damages costs 30,000.

What are our targeted groups?

i.)   Form four students who scored division four in their NECTA exams.

ii.)    Form four who failed their NECTA exams (division 0)

iii.)   Form six students who fail their NECTA exams (division 0)

iv.)   Form six students who scored division four in their NECTA exams

v.)    Students who finished standard seven only and wish to study more.
